At this moment, we've decided to say no to that to give all fandom characters relatively equal opportunities to figure out what's going on. An InGen employee would have more access to things than normal player characters after all. (Which isn't to say characters can't decide to work with InGen later on).

Something like this is only possible for Jurassic Park characters as of now, because they'd be played under NPC regulations.
